Ok, this is one of my favorite things about being a blogger. Sometimes other bloggers do these amazing things to help humanity. Last December, the incomparable Kate and Lydia of Rants from Mommyland created a project where moms who need a little help were matched with moms (or non-moms) who had a little extra to give. The result was that over 2,500 people sent gift cards to strangers so that this strangers were able to put a little something under a tree or menorah. It was AMAZEBALLS.
This year, they’re at it again. Click on over for all the details on the 2012 Give It Up project! All you have to do is email and let them know if you need help or if you can help. You’ll be matched with another mom and from there, it’s up to you to make the magic happen!
